The childhood trauma that had been holding me back for years.

I had been living with a lot of fear and doubts that were rooted in childhood trauma. These negative thoughts and feelings had been holding me back for many years, but when I finally chose to let go of all the negative things that i experienced and forgive, it was like a weight had been lifted off my shoulders.

It took a lot of courage to face my inner demons and make peace with them, but it was an invaluable part of my transformation into a more positive person. I finally realised that I could choose to change my life for the better if I wanted to – no matter how difficult it might seem.

With a newfound strength and determination, I started taking inspired action towards manifesting my vision board of the life of my dreams.

I was able to make positive changes and open up more space in my life for growth and happiness, and positive experiences. Rather than seeing difficult or negative experiences, and negative events as something negative or shameful, I recognised them as an opportunity for growth which allowed me to start fresh with a newfound sense of appreciation for every little thing in life.

The more I let go of my limiting beliefs, the easier it was to attract positive energy and manifest abundance in all areas of my physical and mental health, subconscious mind and life. In time, I learned that the law of attraction was not only about setting goals and visualising but also about letting go and trusting the universe to bring you what is best for you.
